About Colleen
Colleen has worked across a variety of industries. She focuses on putting business objectives first, considering impacts, and guiding leaders in building people solutions to execute - and doing it authentically.
Colleen’s core strength is as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders. Her niche as an HR leader is working with corporate functions such as Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk and Communications - functions with impact that spans strategically across the organization. Robust experience with change efforts - operating model transformations, downsizing, upsizing, and M&A. Colleen uses this insight to advise leaders on proactive strategies for keeping teams and employees engaged and productive when it is needed most. Colleen is a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching and an ACC Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is trained in facilitation through Development Dimensions International. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University of Ohio and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Most importantly, she is also a certified Level II sommelier and will be thrilled at any time to help you pick out that perfect bottle of wine.
